Turtle nails๐Ÿข and rosey red nails.๐ŸŒนNail art hollow stickers. ๐Ÿ’…

Hei.

Last fall I ordered a lot of nail art stuff online and this time I finally decided to test these nailart hollow stickers for the second time.๐Ÿ˜ The first time I wasn't patient enough and didn't let the first layer dry.

It is important to have the base color dry first because the nail art hollow sticker will otherwise stick to the first nailpolish and it is also important to carefully add the second nailpolish evenly so it doesn't make a mess.

I used two different shades of green and called them Turtle nails! ๐Ÿข๐Ÿข๐Ÿข๐Ÿข

I used a light green base color, I then let them dry and then used the nailart tool to apply the darker green on top.

These worked out so well that I also wanted to try red shades. I used a pink base color and shiny red on top. I call them Rosey nails.๐ŸŒน๐Ÿ˜Š

Nailart: Mirror powder.

Hei,

Couple months ago I decided to order more nailart supplies from online as here in Finland nailart supplies seem quite expensive when compared to online stores from other countries.
I chose an online store called Light in the Box, which has a big selection of nailart supplies. I ordered shine powders, stamps, glitters, etc. The glitters were great, but the stamps are not. I've tried the nailart stamps with all my nailpolishes and even tried it with new nailpolishes and none of them work  ๐Ÿ˜”
I've also tried the shiny mirror powders and some of them have worked well but then one of them not so well.
This mirror powder worked well as seen below.

I used a black base color and then started applying the mirror powder. First it looked black with a purple shine but then I added a layer of see-through nailpolish and added more mirror powder and then the final color and effect came. I then also covered it with a protecting layer of see-through nailpolish. ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘Œ

Then I also tried silver mirror powder that I had also baught from the store. This seemed to work as I applied it but for some reason when I applied the see-through nailpolish the mirror effect dissapeared and it just looked shiny.

I also accidentally decorated my remote while doing my nails. ๐Ÿ˜œ

Gold and silver nail foils ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ˜‰

Hei,

Last week I did really quick nails and wanted to try something playful so I did nailart with the theme of bees. (Below) Anyhow as last week I kept it simple, I wanted to some very pretty nailart now!

Last weeks nails:

This time I took out my nail foils, I had silver and gold nail foils and decided to use both. I used black nailpolish as the base color and then applied silver nail foils on half and gold nail foils on the other half.

I always start by applying a big piece of the foil with a side as straight as possible and then start adding smaller pieces on top and onto the parts I still want to cover.

Using the nail foils can be frustrating as it is very thin and easily breaks into even smaller pieces. But stay patient and you can get very nice nails!
Just remember to not breath heavily towards your work, otherwise the foils will fly off. ๐Ÿ˜…

New year nails art

Hei and a happy coming new year!๐Ÿค—

I got my nails ready for new year already! I got this amazing nail art set along with these nail art stickers from Santa๐Ÿ˜‰ and had to open it right away ofcourse.

I used the black nailpolish and added a silver sticker/decoration onto my thumbnails and middle fingers' nails. The rest of the nails I decorated with the sparkly silver glitter by brushing some onto the tips with the little brush. ๐Ÿ’… (the see-through nailpolish as the glue)

The glitter and decorations now stand out because of the black nailpolish, kinda like fireworks stand out in the night sky❣ ๐Ÿ˜Š๐ŸŽ†
*I also already picked out my new years perfume, Police ๐Ÿ˜

Christmas nails๐ŸŽ„๐Ÿ’…

Merry Christmas!๐ŸŽ…๐ŸŽ„❄๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’…

This week I made Christmas nails for myself by just using the polishes I have and drawing a christmas tree and mistletoe.

I used a funny tool for the drawing but atleast it worked, I used a plastic toothpick!๐Ÿ˜ The toothpick was thin enough to fit in the nailpolish bottles and it was easy to draw with. (Picture below)

Drawing onto the nails was easy when drawing with my right hand but then when it was my right hands turn to be drawn on, it took a while to get a good grip. But the nailart  turnout well  and I got to say I was positively surprised.

Dont be afraid to try something new.  ๐Ÿ˜Š There is no need to think that you always need to have fancy nailart tools sold in shops, sometimes you can find the right tools from home.

I also used star nailart decorations on my trees and then on some of the blanc white nails I added some sparkle. ๐Ÿ’…

I ❤shine, Depend nailpolish

Hei,

This time I wanted to post about Depend nailpolish as yesterday I found a sparkly color I really like.
The Depend bottles are cute and small but the quality is really good(don't let the size fool you). In my opinion Depend nailpolish doesn't dry up or get thick quickly like some nailpolishes. The brush is a good size and it is easy to paint your nails quickly without creating a mess.

The Depend nailpolishes I have in use at the moment are(all create a really bright color when 2 coats are applied):

The sparkling silver looks beautiful and glamorous, especially when you add the two coats! ๐Ÿ˜

Another new Depend nailpolish of mine is this one below. (Depend 02) ๐Ÿ‘Œ Beautiful. Shiny. Winter color.

I need to buy more of these sparkling ones....I already have my eye on some which I want to buy (there are different colored sparky nailpolishes) ๐Ÿ˜‰

Finland 100 years nails

Hyvรครค 100v Itsenรคisyyspรคivรครค Suomi!!!
Happy 100 yr Independence day Finland!!

Today's an important day for all Finns and that's why my nails are blue and white like our flag! ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ฎ

(In the picture also a beautiful Finland 100 years medal from Suomen Moneta!

Process: Used a sponge yet again to get a nice divide of blue and white. Had to add a lot of nailpolish onto the sponge and press the sponge over the nails several times to get a deep and nice color.

+ I did my nails again late in the evening so this time I used this thick tape to cover atleast most of the skin around the nails.
